In 2013, NCC purchased two units of modern Japanese equipment for its machining workshop: CNC lathe and a multifunctional turning and milling machining center.




CNC lathe is designed for machining parts in the configuration of which the elements of the bodies of revolution prevail. The combination of high rigidity of the structure, powerful motor-spindle and precision of the machine allow successfully to combine power cutting with finishing and to handle the steel parts in the quenched condition. It has the flexibility of configuration and high performance, accuracy and reliability. This machine combines turning and milling functions due to the presence of a drive tool and the Y axis.


Multifunctional turning and milling center combines the advantages of turning and milling-drilling machining centers. The presence of an antispindle makes it possible to perform a complete machining of a part on one machine in one installation (depending on the part). All this allows you to reduce operational time, costs and the number of options required. These equipments are designed for machining parts from aluminum alloys, brass, steel, cast iron and hard-to-process alloys
