PROCESS DESCRIPTION:

The dry reinforcing material is laid between two parts of hermetically sealed rigid equipment.
A low viscosity binder is fed under pressure into the mold, displacing the air towards the drainage channels until the mold is completely filled.
Molds for this technology, as a rule, are made of metal with low coefficient of linear thermal expansion. This technology is well suited for small and medium volume of production, from 500 to 2 0000 products per year.

Main benefits:

  • Good surface quality from all the sides
  • A wide range of used reinforcing materials
  • Good balance of strength and weight characteristics of parts
  • Low investment
  • Minimum amount of defect parts
  • Low environmental impact
  • Saving labor
  • Low porosity of the finished product
