Thin NCC slabs measuring 4x2 meters and weighing only 580 kg were used during the renovation of the bridge. 360 mobile slabs made by NCC allow the vehicular traffic during the repair of the Krasnoflotsky drawbridge on the approach to Arkhangelsk airport. The traffic intensity on this section of the M8 highway is up to 36 000 vehicles per day.

The using of mobile road pavement made by NCC allowed "Mostootryad" LLC (Arkhangelsk), which is carrying out the overhaul of the bridge, not only to reduce the time of work, but also to significantly reduce the load on the bearing structures of the bridge. It was important to reduce the permanent load on the bridge deck to perform reinforcing works of the main beams of the span during the replacing of the bitumen concrete pavement, . Thin NCC slabs with the size 4x2 meters and weighing only 580 kg, designed for the passage of cars and heavy wheeled vehicles, were used to solve the problem. This pavement, thanks to its high friction coefficient, ensures the safety of traffic even during the rainy weather.

The NCC range of products also includes high-strength road slabs, which allow arranging along-road passages of heavy equipment, such as 80-ton pipe-layers and loaded BELAZ trucks during the building of gas pipelines in hard-to-reach areas.

NCC mobile pavements are made from recycled automobile tires, helping to solve environmental problems. The product was specifically designed for repeated use in harsh conditions of hard-to-reach areas. At the same time, the coating retains its characteristics both in summer and in winter. The slabs are laid without preparing the subgrade, which significantly reduces the time and labor costs for the construction of temporary passageways. Despite the fact that NCC slabs weigh three times less than concrete slabs, they are designed for the work of heavy construction equipment, including tracked vehicles.
