Plates-NCC at gas transportation infrastructure facilities

Plates-NCC were used to repair large part of gas pipeline in Western Siberia.

Plates-NCC allow to carry out these works in a remote area in the shortest possible time. Plates-NCC help to avoid possible slippage of transport equipment which may damage to the pipeline.

Plates-NCC are made from recycled car tires, at the facilities of LLC NCC. The product has been specially developed for repeated use in severe conditions of remote areas. Plates-NCC retains its characteristics both in summer and in winter. Plates-NCC installing without preparation, which allows to significantly reduce the time and labor costs. Plates withstand the work of such heavy equipment, such as the Komatsu D355 pipe-laying machine, weighing up to 65 tons in a loaded condition.
